Steve's firsthand experience as an entrepreneur and a family man provides him with an appreciation for proactive planning. For more than a decade, Steve has shared his extensive knowledge and expertise in the areas of financial and estate planning with his clients. A resident of Carroll County, Steve is a graduate of McDaniel College. He was a football player while at McDaniel and continues to play semi-pro football. He was elected to be the Maryland State President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and serves on the Board of Directors of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, among other Boards.

Charlie is an active public speaker, a past adjunct faculty member of Towson State University and a member of the Maryland Bar Association since 1982. Charlie possesses a unique blend of experience, education and knowledge. He was elected by his financial industry peers as the 2009 President of the Financial Planning Association of Maryland. He earned a degree in accounting from Duke University, Masters of Law from Georgetown University, a JD degree from Vanderbilt University, and a Masters of Journalism form the University of Maryland.

Bobbi joined Aquino & Wolpoff in January of 2007. She is a Certified Mediator bringing extensive expertise for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and associates. Bobbi lives in Carroll County and has worked in the County for the past 10 years.
